Privacy Policy
For uforester.com · Effective September 15, 2026
The short version: this is a brochure site. There is no account to create, no form to fill in, no analytics, no advertising cookies and no third-party fonts. If you email us, we have your email. That is the whole of it. Chleno — our software — is a separate service with its own, much longer, privacy policy.
1. Who we are
UForester LLC (“UForester”, “we”, “us”) is a limited liability company formed in State of formation, with a mailing address at Mailing address. We build software.
This policy covers the website at uforester.com and nothing else. Work we carry out for you under a contract is governed by that agreement, and Chleno — a separate service with its own account data — is governed by its own policy.
2. What this website collects
The pages of this site are static files. They set no cookies, load no tracking pixels, run no analytics and include no third-party scripts or embedded fonts.
Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., records standard server logs when a page is requested — the IP address making the request, the browser’s user-agent string, the page requested, and the time. Those logs exist to serve the site, to keep it available and to defend it against abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.
3. What happens when you email us
The only contact route on this site is an email address. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever else you choose to put in the message.
We keep that correspondence so we can answer you and so we have a record of what was discussed, and no longer than that purpose is served. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not have one.
4. What we never do
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- We do not run advertising or marketing trackers on this site.
- We do not use anything collected here to make automated decisions about you.
5. Links away from this site
This site links to chleno.com and may link to other services. Once you follow a link you are on someone else’s site under someone else’s policy. For Chleno specifically — member records, family data, messaging consent, payments — see Chleno’s privacy policy and terms, which are the documents that actually govern that product.
6. Children
This site is aimed at organizations and the people who run them. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them here.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Because this site collects so little, that usually amounts to our email correspondence with you. Write to hello@uforester.com and we will handle it — we will not charge you for it, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how this site works — a contact form, say — we will update this page and change the effective date above. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the record.
9. Contact
Questions about this policy go to hello@uforester.com, or by post to UForester LLC, Mailing address.
